“The Artisan at Main Street Metro apartments are spacious. The living rooms are large, the bedrooms are cozy. Nice size Kitchen and Bathrooms. Each unit has its own washer and dryer. High ceilings and a balcony. The apartments also have an onsite swimming pool, gym, game room, and community rooms. The Artisan is close to shopping centers and some restaurants to enjoy a night out. The leasing office staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The Artisan is ideal for a new beginning!”

“I would recommend living here. Conveniently located near everything, I'm glad that I made this establishment my home for a lengthy period of time. Yes, prices are a little too high, but worth it in my opinion because I'd had little to no issues while living here. This is a very large complex & yes, you will experience apartment sounds (kids or animals running above your head, occasional banging that periodically doesn't settle after 10pm), however overall it's been pretty pleasant where I'm located. Leasing office staff are always pleasant & addressed any issue I had in a timely manner. Dulce is really great & always did what she could to assist me as well as the manager (can't remember her name, sorry...). Maintenance is good as well with Hector as the lead who always went above & beyond to ensure that any problem that needed fixing was taken care of in a very timely manner along with professionalism & understanding. Enough bragging on you guys, but it's pretty deserved. Thank you for making me feel at home during my stay.. Blessings”

“Considering whether to move in here or not? I moved here about three weeks ago and wanted to give it time before I wrote a review. I listed myself into future resident program they offer and was able to get a unit before it was listed on their website. Dulce was very knowledgeable, polite, and patient with me since I had to do multiple tours to decide what I really liked. She guide me with every step and was easy to move in. Wanted to address multiple concerns tenants had left here in their reviews. Dumpsters: to address previous concerns, dumpsters are locked and only accessible with a code, this helps with outsiders from dumpster diving, ( a little update: 8/12, outsiders have access codes to the dumpsters, I’ve seen it in person. Hallways: because of issues with people taking out trash and leaking throughout the hallways, trash service is provided to be picked up at your door 5 days a week, excluding holidays, Friday and Saturdays. There was another issue with no maintenance on the weekend and common areas being trashed. Con: After bbq areas being packed on a Saturday and trash bins full to the top, on Sunday these trash bins remain full until Monday morning. As far as parking, I only have one car and I sign in visitors spending the night through a website (you get 8 parking permits in a 30 day cycle for visitors). Not sure how it works when there are multiple cars in the lease. Management has been addressing issues brought to their attention by tenants. I can say so far I love it here, best part are the high ceilings.”
