Cats and dogs are welcome (no weight limit). Maximum 2 pets per unit. Monthly pet rent: $50 per pet. Refundable pet deposit: $500 for first pet, $300 for second pet.
Pet Restrictions
Breed restrictions apply (e.g., Pit Bull and mixes, American Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrids, Doberman Pinscher, Saint Bernard, American Bulldog, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Chow Chow, Great Dane, Akita). Certified service dogs allowed; reasonable accommodations considered case-by-case.
